International Women’s Day 2022
The theme for International Women’s Day 2022 is ‘Break the Bias’, download our magazine to read more about the inspirational women in law and Nottingham.
Emma Robinson
To celebrate International Women’s Day, not only are we putting a spotlight on the women which make up Paragon Law, but we also decided to use our platform to highlight the work of women across the legal and business sectors. We wanted our magazine to span beyond the law industry because let’s face it, not everyone wants to become a lawyer and the day is about celebrating all women - not just celebrating the ones who are like ourselves. Plus in the Nottingham area alone there are some pretty amazing female-led businesses which deserve to be celebrated in all of their glory!
What can you expect?
This International Women’s Day, we want to share the stories and journeys of women in the legal and entrepreneurial sectors. Themes such motherhood, imposter-syndrome, and collaboration were touched upon to show how success isn’t a linear process.
This little book features insights from Emma Okenyi from Paragon Law, Hamsa Rajashekar from Batra Group, Lauren Crow from MJC Law, Lili Zhu from Career Insider, Alison Thomas from Unique & Loved, and Jessica Barry from The Co-Working Club. We would like to thank all of these women for taking the time out of their busy schedules to contribute to this project.
