James Firman has been part of Paragon Law for many years, initially joining as a General Administration Apprentice, James has since risen through the ranks going from Billing Assistant, Assistant Finance Manager and Income Manager, to his current position of Practice Director. James is responsible for the everyday operations of the firm, overseeing core functions such as compliance, IT, HR and administration.

James has a passion for learning and progression, which in turn has meant that he knows the business inside and out. Not only is James Firman a dedicated individual, but he is selfless in that he places the success and development of Paragon Law at the heart of everything he does – whether that is the development of individuals or development at an organisational-level.

James Firman was named the Practice Manager of the Year 2021 by the Nottinghamshire Law Society as a result of his passion and dedication.
