Paragon Law’s application checking service is available to individuals who have already completed their visa application but would like some advice to ensure that the application is correct prior to submitting it. 

As part of the process, our expert immigration lawyers will check every aspect of your application and confirm that all the required pieces of evidence and documents have been provided. We will then provide feedback based on your application.

Please note that our application checking service is not designed for clients who have a complex case, especially where you may be refused on the general grounds for refusal. 

The Application Checking Service is not available on all of the immigration routes we provide assistance with. To determine the availability of this service, we kindly request that you make an enquiry so that we can provide you with the relevant information regarding its applicability to your specific case.

This consists of an initial consultation with one of our immigration lawyers. During this initial consultation, you will receive a letter of advice along with a checklist of the documents you will be required to provide. Additionally, as part of our Level 2 Application Checking Service, you will have a 2-hour meeting with an immigration lawyer. In this meeting we will provide you with verbal feedback on any outstanding documents and voice any concerns we have about your application.
