Shehzad Babar is a driven and dedicated immigration solicitor, with over 14 years’ experience in Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights Law, 6 years’ PQE, and an academic background and previous work experience in Corporate Law, whilst in Karachi, Pakistan. 

Having graduated with a 2:1 in the LLB with the University of London in 2006, and subsequently completing the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University, Shehzad Babar commenced his legal career with Paragon Law in 2007, becoming accredited as a supervisor and senior caseworker, and training and qualifying as an immigration solicitor in 2014. Shehzad went on to specialise in Asylum and Human Rights Law, representing clients from the outset of their cases through to appeals in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. 

In 2019, Shehzad Babar left the firm and relocated to London, acquiring in-depth experience in Personal Immigration and gaining experience in Business Immigration. More recently, Shehzad has returned to Paragon Law, now based at the firm’s London offices, and this time working in the Business Immigration team.

As a business immigration lawyer, Shehzad Babar deals with the following:

  • Sponsor licence applications.
  • Sponsor licence management.
  • Applications for the Skilled Worker visa.
  • The preparation and filing of applications for relatives of points-based applicants.
