Paragon will help you identify which “Tier” of the immigration regime you fall within and how to best apply for entry clearance, extension or switching of status whilst in the UK. 

Tier 1 (General) is similar to the previous HSMP and essentially if you qualify under the relevant points for entry clearance under Tier 1 you can move to the UK to look for work.  However, if you are a non-EU national applying through the Tier 2 route you will need to be sponsored by a UK employer.
