In November 2008 the UK Border Agency (UKBA) introduced new rules for non-EU nationals seeking to visit the UK. The new rules introduce rights and greater responsibilities. There are also different requirements depending on if you intend to come to the UK as a general visitor (tourist), family visitor, business visitor or for medical treatment.
