Transferring Employees to the UK

It may well be that the you employees qualify to come to the United Kingdom based on their own skills, experience, qualifications and previous earnings under “Tier 1 (General)” and in such cases we will advise you of whether your employees score the relevant points to be issued visas under this category.  Alternatively, Tier 2 of the Points Based System allows companies based in the UK who have subsidiaries, parent companies or branch offices abroad to transfer their employees under the “Intra-Company Transfer (ICT)” and this will require the UK Operations to firstly be registered as a Sponsor in order to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship to transfer the employee to the UK.
