Page: For Business & Entrepreneurs - Transferring Employees to the UKTransferring Employees to the UKAs immigration law specialists we recognise the importance of the global mobility of talent within successful international businesses. If you are transferring part or all of your business to the UK, Paragon Law can advise you on the immigration and compliance issues relating to the transfer of both your business operations and the key employees that you will need to move your project forward. It may well be that the you employees qualify to come to the United Kingdom based on their own skills, experience, qualifications and previous earnings under “Tier 1 (General)” and in such cases we will advise you of whether your employees score the relevant points to be issued visas under this category. Alternatively, Tier 2 of the Points Based System allows companies based in the UK who have subsidiaries, parent companies or branch offices abroad to transfer their employees under the “Intra-Company Transfer (ICT)” and this will require the UK Operations to firstly be registered as a Sponsor in order to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship to transfer the employee to the UK. Paragon Law’s business immigration team remains at the forefront of the legislation as it develops and is on hand to help you understand the options available to you. |
