His client list includes several blue chip companies from a diverse range of sectors including retail, oil, education, pharmaceutical and construction.He has grown Paragon to a team of 55 people with offices in Nottingham, India (Punjab), China (Shanghai) and Leeds. Additionally, Paragon Law has a formal association with US law firm Nejame and Partners. Thalej established this in 2007, enabling Paragon to offer specialist USA immigration advice to its clients.Alongside the profitable privately-funded work for businesses and individuals, Thalej has maintained Paragon Law's commitment to publicly-funded asylum and human rights work and his team have regularly been at the forefront of shaping immigration law in the Higher Courts.
