I am a KPMG Qualified Chartered Accountant, whosubsequently joined PwC in the Corporate Recovery and Turnaround Department. Since leaving public practice I have held FD positions in growing businesses. 6 years as FD in a Global Financial Services business, helping Group though an IPO, was followed by systems and financial restructuring work at St Tropez Group. For the last few years have been involved in M&A work, both selling and acquiring businesses. I bring to Paragon Law a level of financial and compliance skills, together with much experience in professional services sectors. Outside of work I’ll be found playing with my three small children – either in the park or splashing around in the local swimming pool!
