I am the Operations Manager and my role is to ensure the smooth running of the firm, which includes regulatory compliance, IT, administration support, office procedures and audit, risk management, debt recovery, office maintenance, and managing and training file costs assessors. My background is as an Account Manager with the Legal Services Commission, where I worked closely with charitable and not-for-profit organisations to provide vulnerable clients with access to quality advice.
